Ingredients of Lemon Pepper Chicken:
- Chicken breasts- 350 grams (as per your quantity)
- 2 Big Lemons
- 1 cup of chicken broth(optional)/water
- 2 tablespoon pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 tablespoon of cornflour
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon oregano(optional)
- Salt as per taste
Procedure To Make Lemon Pepper Chicken:

- Wash chicken breasts well and pat dry them and keep them aside.
- Take 1 lemon and remove the zest and keep the zest aside.
- Then the juice from lemons in a bowl.
- Take a bowl , add some oregano,black pepper, salt, minced garlic , lemon zest and mix them well.
- Take chicken breasts, brush some olive oil on them then apply the mixture on the top of the chicken breasts evenly.
- Heat a pan and add 1 table spoon of olive oil, add mashed garlic on it
- After 30 seconds remove the garlic and add the chicken breasts to the garlic oil.
- Fry them for about 5minutes, when the base of chicken becomes brown, flip the side and again cook the chicken for 5minutes.
- Then add 1 cup of chicken broth or water and 1/2 cup of lemon juice , some black pepper, salt, and oregano and cover the lid and cook them for 5 minutes.
- Then take a bowl add 2 tablespoon of cornflour and 1 tablespoon of butter and mix them well.
- Then add the mixture to the pan , mix them well , it will make your gravy thick.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
- When it’s done, take out the chicken and it’s gravy in a bowl, garnish them some lemon zest.
- Your Lemon Pepper Chicken is ready.
