How To Make It Enjoy!
Shrimp Tortellini Alfredo has golden shrimp & cheese-filled tortellini with thick and creamy homemade Alfredo sauce poured over it! It is so quick to prepare this pasta dish, and every bite will be tasty and perfect!
INGREDIENTS:
A pkg.Of 500 grams. Of cheese tortellini pasta, I cooked it and drained it well.
500 grams. Of peeled large shrimp, I deveined them.
3 Tbsp.Of salted butter.
1 diced tomato.
2 minced leaves basil.
2 minced garlic cloves.
1 Tbsp.Of all-purpose flour.
1/2 Cup.Of heavy whipping cream.
1/4 Cup.Of shredded parmesan cheese.
Sea salt+pepper-to taste.
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1:
I melted the butter over medium heat in a broad skillet.
Step 2:
I added the shrimp and cooked for 3 minutes or so until it is no longer translucent.
Step 3:
I stirred in the sliced onions, the basil, and cloves.
Step 4:
I sautéed and whisk in the flour for at least a minute.
Step 5:
I added strong whipping cream and parmesan cheese until the flour is fully mixed in.
Step 6:
I stirred in the cheese and I added the tortellini.
To coat it, I tossed.
Step 7:
Then I added more shredded parmesan and minced basil for serving.
