Slow Cooker Barbequed Beef Ribs

This easy delicious BBQ meal with fantastic aromas that’s made right in your kitchen is great for the upcoming fall and winter seasons…Definitely a keeper !!

The ribs were very tender and juicy, just perfect.  Is a family favourite recipe now.  Can't wait to try the other beef rib meal I have in the freezer.


TO MAKE THIS RECIPE YOU’LL NEED THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS :

Ingredients 

  • Water: 1 cup

  • Ketchup: 1 cup

  • Tomato paste: 1 (6 ounce) can

  • Brown sugar: 3/4 cup

  • Vinegar: 1/2 cup

  • Prepared mustard: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt: 1 tablespoon

  • Beef back ribs: 2 pounds


Directions 

STEP 1 :

In a slow cooker, mix together water, ketchup, tomato paste, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, and salt. And please stir to dissolve brown sugar and salt.


STEP 2 :

After that, short ribs are placed into the sauce and stir to coat.


STEP 3 :

Finally, go ahead and set cooker on Low, cover, and cook for about 8 hours.
