Polish sausage, Sauerkraut, and potatoes ( CROCKPOT ) Fast, EASY, and a party FAVORITE, A Recipe You Don’t Wanna Miss 😋
Ingredients:
- 2 14-ounce cans sauerkraut, undrained (or 1 (2 pounds) bag)
- 5 or 6 potatoes peeled and cut into large chunks
- 1 cup water
- 1 pound Polish sausage cut into chunks (could use smoked sausage)
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
- Place sauerkraut and potatoes in the crock pot, and add spices and water. Place sausage on top and cook 4 hours on high (6 hours on low) until potatoes are done. Makes 6 to 8 serving
