Ingredients:
FOR SHRIMP
- Jumbo Shrimp
- Green Pepper(Diced)
- Andouille Sausage(Diced)
- Half&Half(1/2 Cup)
- Heavy Whipping Cream(1/4 Cup)
- Grits(Albers Quick Grits)
- Cheese
- Chicken Bouillon
- Unsalted Butter
- Water
FOR GRITS
- Garlic Powder(1/4 Tablespoon)
- Oregano (1/4 Tablespoon)
- Tyme(1/4 Tablespoon)
- Paprika(1/2 Tablespoon)
- Seasoning Salt(1 Pinch)
Instructions:
- Cook Green Peppers And Sausage In The Same Skillet, Transfer To A Bowl
- Coat Shrimp With Seasoning Mixture Cook Shrimp For One Minute On Each Side
- Crumble Bacon, Then Add Bacon, Peppers And Sausage Back To The Skillet. Mix Together And Cook Over Medium Heat For 1 Minute
- Add 1/2 Cup Half&Half To Skillet, Stir Until Creamy. Place On Top Of Grits
- Bring 1 Cup Of Water To A Boil Add 1/4 Cube Of Chicken Bouillon To Water Add 1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter Add 1/4 Cup Grits And Stir Add 1/4 Cup Of Heavy Whipping Cream Add Cheese(I Used Cheddar/Monterey Jack) Add 1/4 Cup Of Half&Half Stir Until Desired Thickness Salt To Taste(Optional)
