Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add cubed chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and parsley. Stir well and set aside.
- Lay out the tortillas. Divide the cooked chicken evenly between the tortillas. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the chicken. Drizzle with the garlic sauce.
- Fold the sides of the tortillas and roll them tightly. Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and toast the wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy, and the cheese is melted.
