Cheesesteak Stuffed Shells

Cheesesteak Stuffed Shells made with ground beef, cheddar, bell peppers and onions with a creamy sauce to drizzle over the shells when they’re done.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box jumbo pasta shells
  • 1/2 lb thinly sliced beef (like ribeye or flank steak)
  • 1 cup onions, diced
  • 1 cup green bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Set to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook Shells: Boil the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Cook Beef and Veggies: Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onions, peppers, and garlic until softened. Add thinly sliced beef and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stuff Shells: Fill each cooked pasta shell with the beef mixture, then top with shredded provolone and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake: Pour marinara sauce into a baking dish, place the stuffed shells on top, and bake for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve: Enjoy your cheesy, meaty shells with a sprinkle of fresh parsley!
