Cheesesteak Stuffed Shells
Cheesesteak Stuffed Shells made with ground beef, cheddar, bell peppers and onions with a creamy sauce to drizzle over the shells when they’re done.

Ingredients:
- 1 box jumbo pasta shells
- 1/2 lb thinly sliced beef (like ribeye or flank steak)
- 1 cup onions, diced
- 1 cup green bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Set to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook Shells: Boil the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Cook Beef and Veggies: Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onions, peppers, and garlic until softened. Add thinly sliced beef and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff Shells: Fill each cooked pasta shell with the beef mixture, then top with shredded provolone and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake: Pour marinara sauce into a baking dish, place the stuffed shells on top, and bake for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve: Enjoy your cheesy, meaty shells with a sprinkle of fresh parsley!
