Ingredients:
- 3-4 cups cauliflower florets
- 4 or 5 slices of thick sliced bacon
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper or to taste
- NO salt needed, as the parmesan cheese is already salty
- 3 Tablespoons melted butter
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Cut up the bacon slices and in a skillet, cook the bacon until almost crispy, as it will finish cooking in the oven
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, partially cooked bacon, grated Parmesan cheese, paprika, black pepper, and melted butter.
- Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated with the mixture.
- Spread the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 18-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through the cooking time to ensure even roasting.
