Ingredients:
- 2 cups crushed Butterfinger candy bars
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups semisweet or milk chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable shortening (optional, for smoother coating)
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Butterfinger candy bars, peanut butter, softened butter, and powdered sugar. Mix until a smooth and firm dough forms.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 20-30 minutes to set.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using) in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and glossy.
- Using a fork or toothpick, dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated. Tap off any excess chocolate and place the coated balls back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Let the coated balls set at room temperature or refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until the chocolate is firm.
