Oven-Baked Chicken Wings

Oven-Baked Chicken Wings

This Oven-Baked Chicken Wings will be a hit at any party or game day. These crispy baked wings are coated with the best dry rub that I make with everyday spices. They loaded with flavor and a healthier option than deep-fried wings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound chicken wing portions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground mustard
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F and place a wire baking rack over a rimmed sheet pan lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  2. Pat the chicken wings with paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, add the chicken wings and olive oil and toss to coat.
  4. In a small bowl, mix all the other dry rub ingredients
  5. Sprinkle the spice mix over the chicken wings and toss to coat well.
  6. Place the chicken wings, skin side up, on the wire rack and cook for 20 minutes.
  7. Then flip the wings over and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
  8. Enjoy served with ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing.

ENJOY!!
