Broccoli and Mushroom Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 lb broccoli florets
- 10 oz sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, red pepper flakes, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Cook the broccoli: Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 30 seconds, then drain and rinse with cold water.
