Slow Cooker Candied Kielbasa

Slow Cooker Candied Kielbasa

This recipe brings me back to family gatherings when we’d all crowd around the kitchen, drawn by the smell of sweet and savory kielbasa! It’s a real crowd-pleaser that warms everyone up and keeps them coming back for more. Perfect for any celebration or cozy night in.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Place sliced kielbasa sausage in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper until well blended.
  3. Pour the sauce over the kielbasa, stirring to coat each piece evenly.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until sausage is heated through and sauce is thickened.
  5. Serve warm as an appetizer or over rice for a hearty main dish.

Tips: For extra richness, add a few pineapple chunks to the sauce, or try a pinch of crushed red pepper for a hint of spice.

ENJOY!!
