Ingredients:

  • 1 lb lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying
  • Sweet chili sauce or your favorite dipping sauce

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently to combine.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing towards you. Place about 2 tablespoons of the crab mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly away from you. Seal the edge with a little beaten egg. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  4. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Carefully add the egg rolls, a few at a time, and fry until golden brown on all sides, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Transfer the cooked egg rolls to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  6. Serve hot with sweet chili sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.

ENJOY!!
