Ingredients:
- 1 lb lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
- Sweet chili sauce or your favorite dipping sauce
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently to combine.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing towards you. Place about 2 tablespoons of the crab mixture in the center.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly away from you. Seal the edge with a little beaten egg. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Carefully add the egg rolls, a few at a time, and fry until golden brown on all sides, about 3-4 minutes.
- Transfer the cooked egg rolls to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with sweet chili sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
