Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings (drumettes and flats)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Alfredo Sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well coated.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
