Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings (drumettes and flats)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


For the Alfredo Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste


Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well coated.
  3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  4. While the wings are baking, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
