Old-fashioned Custard Pie
Old Fashioned Custard Pie is a timeless dessert that brings back the warmth of homemade, vintage baking. The pie features a smooth and creamy custard filling, made with eggs, milk, sugar, and a hint of vanilla. This light, velvety custard is baked to perfection inside a buttery, flaky pie crust and finished with a sprinkle of nutmeg on top, adding a warm, comforting flavor to each bite.
Ingredients:

- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup of sugar
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of nutmeg
- 2-2/3 cups of milk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool.
- Sprinkle the top of pie with fresh ground nutmeg and serve.
