Baked Ham and Cheese Croissants
These Baked Ham and Cheese Croissants are golden, melty, and perfect for a quick breakfast or lunch. With savory ham and gooey cheese inside, they’re simple yet delicious!

Servings: 6 croissants
Ingredients:
- 6 large croissants, sliced in half
- 12 slices of deli ham
- 6 slices of Swiss or cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Assemble Croissants: Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on the bottom half of each croissant. Layer 2 slices of ham and 1 slice of cheese on top, then place the other half of the croissant on top.
- Prepare Butter Topping: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and poppy seeds (if using). Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the croissants.
- Bake: Place the croissants on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissants are golden brown.
