Creamy Milk Cake

Milk cake is a delightful dessert with a soft, creamy texture and a delicate flavor that resembles pudding more than cake. It’s the perfect treat to enjoy with afternoon tea or coffee. Follow the step-by-step guide inspired by Juliana Reis's "Frying Pan with Lid" channel and create a truly surreal dessert!

How to Make Milk Cake

To prepare milk cake, you will need the following ingredients: milk, coconut milk, condensed milk, eggs, wheat flour, and butter or margarine. Start by mixing the ingredients for the batter in a bowl, following the order of addition and preparation. The batter should be very liquid—that’s the correct consistency. Next, pour this mixture into a greased and floured rectangular baking dish. Bake it for approximately 60 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F). Once done, remove it from the oven, let it cool slightly, then unmold and enjoy every creamy slice of this gorgeous milk cake!

Ingredients:

  • 3 Eggs
  • 500ml of Milk
  • 200ml of Coconut Milk
  • 395g of Condensed Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons of Unsalted Margarine
  • ½ Cup of Sugar (240ml)
  • 1 Cup of Wheat Flour

Instructions:

  1. Into a blender, add the eggs, the milk, the coconut milk, the condensed milk, the margarine, the sugar, and the wheat flour. Turn on the blender and let it all blend for about 5 minutes.
  2. After this indicated time, transfer the batter to a baking tin greased with some butter and wheat flour. I’m using a 27cm x 17cm baking tin.
  3. Take it to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 40 minutes or longer. Baking time may vary according to the power of your oven, keep an eye out.
  4. After that, remove from the oven and serve.

ENJOY!!
