This Hot Fudge Brownie Bread is an ultra-fudgy, rich chocolate loaf that combines the decadence of brownies with the sliceability of bread. Loaded with melted chocolate, cocoa powder, and a luscious hot fudge drizzle, this thick brownie recipe is perfect for dessert, breakfast, or an anytime treat!
Ingredients:
- 1 box of brownie mix
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 11 ounces hot fudge
- 3 eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until well blended.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Drizzle majority of the hot fudge sauce over the brownie batter, leaving the rest for serving later. Use a knife or a toothpick to swirl the fudge sauce into the batter, creating a marbled effect.
- Add the remaining brownie batter on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 mins or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the Hot Fudge Brownie Bread to cool slightly before slicing and serving. Serve with more fudge on top. ENJOY!!
